Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using ptfegrillmaster.com operated by Tianyu Company (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
- B2B Sourcing and Wholesale Platform
This Site is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform intended for commercial buyers, importers, Amazon sellers, and brand owners. We do not cater to retail customers or small individual consumer purchases. - Product Specifications and Tolerances
All product dimensions, thicknesses (e.g., 0.19mm, 0.2mm), and materials (PTFE-coated fiberglass, silicone, etc.) listed on the Site are subject to commercial manufacturing tolerances. Detailed specifications will be finalized in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or formal contract before mass production. - OEM/ODM Customization and Intellectual Property
When providing custom logos, artwork, or packaging designs for private label production, the Buyer warrants that they own the intellectual property rights to such materials. We shall not be held liable for any trademark or patent infringements arising from designs provided by the buyer. - Sample and Order Terms
Sample lead times, tooling costs, and mass production delivery schedules are subject to mutual negotiation. Sample fees are generally refundable upon the placement of a bulk order that meets our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). - Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you manufacturing services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with jurisdiction in Ningbo/Anhui courts. - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
