We are pleased to provide free samples of our standard products for quality evaluation. For custom designs requiring tooling development, a nominal sample fee will be asked for. Regarding shipping, you may provide your preferred courier account for us to use. Alternatively, we’ll ship with charges calculated based on our exact carrier rates.

Our MOQ varies depending on product type and packaging requirements:

• For standard items (grill mats, mesh, etc.) with basic OPP bag/white sticker packaging or our stock color boxes: 500-1,000 sets
• For custom-designed color box packaging: 3,000 sets minimum

Our lead times vary depending on product specifications and order quantity:

• Standard Items (grill mats, mesh, etc.) with basic OPP bag/white sticker packaging: 7–10 days
• Custom Packaging (color boxes): 25~35 days after final artwork approval (Duration scales with order quantity)
• Retail-Ready Solutions (custom display/display boxes): Lead time to be confirmed based on requirements

We primarily ship from Ningbo Port as we have partnered with reliable trucking teams, ensuring better control over transportation efficiency and timelines. However, we remain flexible to discuss alternative ports based on your specific requirements.
